Hi! It’s good to meet you

Chinese Medicine is a not only a beautiful healing practice, but I believe it to be an art.

Anyone drawn to learn this ancient medicine comes with their own life experience and perspective and thus no two practitioners are alike. I bring my own unique lens to this work as an Acupuncturist and Chinese Herbalist. Coming from a background in communications and the arts, I have a deep appreciation of our own individual expression in the world, and I approach each patient with a curiosity and interest in their story and life experience. These things are deeply intertwined into one’s overall health; and health is an integral system of body, mind, and spirit. All must be addressed in order for true healing to take place.

I am a Registered Traditional Medicine Practitioner and currently working towards my Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine designation. I am constantly called to evolve my understanding of this beautiful and complex medicine and my truest passion is within the psycho-emotional realm.

Education: Bachelor of Arts (Memorial University of Newfoundland), Tzu Chi International College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (5 year Doctor TCM Program).

Areas of Interest: Mental Health, Teens/ Youth, Women’s Health and Gender-Affirming Care

Continuing Education: Two year Clinical Integration mentorship (Lonny Jarret). Level 1 and 2 Balance Method (Dr. Sonia Tan), Inner Sensing Intensive (Lorie Eve Dechar), Shen-Hammer Pulse Diagnosis (Dr. Tracy Soltesz) and various courses on Psycho-Emotional Pain and the Eight Extraordinary Channels (Yvonne Farrell)
